NET ZERO HOUSE
Harbin, China - 2018
The project was located in a very cold area of China, and consisted of creating a house that did not occupy air conditioning systems, which was Net Zero. To achieve this, a technique called Trombe wall was used, which is to put a glass in front of a wall generated by an air chamber, this is heated by solar radiation and enters the internal space through ducts. Another important point is that the house is largely buried, therefore, it is easier to maintain the internal temperature, in addition windows and skylights were used that let in the necessary light and that had an argon chamber, also using insulation throughout the room. structure. Putting all elements into practice, the house was analyzed using the Archiwizard program, giving it the positive results that were sought.
