El Crucero, Nicaragua - 2017

 

The project located in the municipality of El Crucero in the department of Managua Nicaragua, has 4 cabins and an event room, the concept starts from the use of the slopes of the land to appreciate the views from all the buildings and that in this generate different outdoor activities. Being the site the highest part of the pacific zone of the country, the climate is cold and mountainous, which is also affected by the gases from the Masaya volcano, wood, blocks and shingles were proposed as materials for the roof.
