Qingyuan, China - 2018

Master Final Project 

 

The project is implemented in the Qingyuan area, on a 143,080m2 land, and is part of a developing area that aims to be a new attraction for the area and help the socioeconomic growth that is taking place in the area. The proposal is about a housing complex made up of eight buildings grouped in pairs and connected through a commercial strip facing East, an area destined for another project consisting of hotels. The groups of residential buildings are separated by streams that come from the north of the project, accompanying a natural slope of the land, and flowing into a lake on the shores of the study field. Each group is connected with the rest by means of a large road that runs through the land from North to South and crosses all the buildings at the ground floor level. This road is used as the main passage
